What areas do you cover?

We cover London and the surrounding area. If you are within 1 hour 15 minutes radius of our workshop in TW11 then we will be happy to help.

Can we get a door delivered and install it ourselves?

Yes, we are happy to supply doors and frames to customers or the trade. We will manufacture to your sizes so you will need someone to take accurate measurements.

Do you supply oak doors?

No, whilst oak doors are beautiful we find that the wood moves over time and this can cause too many issues for customers. 

​

What colour can I have on my door?

We can colour match our specialist paint to any Farrow & Ball, Little Greene or RAL colour. We also have our own Teknos colour range which you can find on page 31 of our brochure.

Can we re-use our current locks / stained glass windows?

This is possible, however, we will need to visit the site to assess the feasibility and check the condition of the current items.

Do you offer glass replacements or repairs?

No, we only supply glass with new doors and frames. We don't offer a glass repair service.

​

Can you fit a knocker we have purchased to our door?

Yes we can, as long as it fits on the door and the fixing bolts are long enough.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. 

​

What does the 10 year guarantee include?

This covers the operation of the door.

​

Where can I see metal finishes in person?

You can either arrange an appointment at our workshop in Teddington or visit SDS London in Wimbledon.

​

What is the lead time for a new door?

Our typical lead time is 12 weeks.

​

Do you do internal doors?

No, we do not make internal doors. 

​

What locking mechanism do you use for your doors?

We typically use Banham or ERA night latches and deadlocks. For multipoint locks we use Winkhaus.

What is your starting price?

A typical 4-panel Victorian door and frame starts at around £5000inc VAT fully fitted.
