Making deposit payments are a thing of the past.

 

 

We take great pride in the high standard of design, quality and final finishing of each and every one of our doors. From the quality of the joinery to the workmanship of our outstanding carpenters on-site, we are supremely confident in our ability to deliver nothing but excellence that we are able to do things differently.

 

It has become the industry norm for companies to take large deposits from customers when they place an order and weeks before any work takes place. This leaves customers powerless should things go wrong, or if the final product does not meet their expectations

 

With this in mind, we don’t demand any upfront payments or deposits from our customers. We are so confident that you will be happy with your Bespoke Front Door that we won't ask you for any payment when you place your order.

 

 

So, how does it work?

 

Our projects can be divided into two different types of work:

 

1. Front doors fitted to existing door frames:

These projects are typically completed in one day and we will ask you to settle your bill when the project is installed, completed and signed off by you at the end of the day. 

 

2. Front doors fitted with new door frames:

Projects that require new door frames take approximately three days to complete, however, the majority of the work takes place on first day. At the end of day one, we’ll ask you to inspect the progress and make a payment of 60% of the overall cost on day one. The second payment of 40% will be requested at the end of the third day after the project is completed and signed off by you.
